Agreement to Terms
By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Service Scope
Work is completed by independent local Resin Driveway Installations in and around Boulder County & The Northwest Corridor. We review your request and arrange for a suitable Resin Driveway Installations to contact you with a quote and availability.
We do not perform installation work directly. We facilitate introductions between property owners and qualified contractors who specialize in permeable resin paving and heated snow melt systems.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project details when requesting a quote. You are responsible for verifying contractor credentials, reviewing proposals, and negotiating terms directly with the contractor.
Any contract for work is between you and the independent contractor. We are not a party to that agreement.
No Service Guarantee
We arrange introductions but do not guarantee contractor availability, pricing, timelines, or work quality. Contractors operate independently and are responsible for their own performance.
You acknowledge that permeable resin systems and heated snow melt installations require proper site assessment and may not be suitable for all properties.
Liability Limits
We are not liable for contractor performance, project delays, cost overruns, or installation defects. Our role is limited to facilitating initial contact.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of this service shall not exceed the referral fee paid by the contractor for your project introduction.
Referral Fee Disclosure
We may receive a referral fee from contractors when a project proceeds. This fee does not increase your project cost. Contractors set their own pricing based on project scope and materials.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in Boulder County courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
